Wild Seas offers a carefully selected range of premium wild-caught lobsters, sourced from trusted fisheries across the Caribbean, Central America and South America. 

Our range includes both cold-water and warm-water species, each known for their unique texture, flavour, and versatility in culinary applications.

All lobster sold by Wild Seas is 100% wild-caught, using sustainable fishing methods such as baited traps and diving. We partner exclusively with fisheries that are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) or actively engaged in Fishery Improvement Projects (FIP) – ensuring traceable, environmentally responsible sourcing

Processing is carried out in accredited facilities using advanced freezing and packaging systems that preserve the lobster’s natural flavour, texture, and visual appeal. All processes comply with strict international food safety standards and are regularly audited for quality assurance.
