Lithodes santolla / antarcticus

The species Lithodes santolla (also known as Lithodes antarcticus) includes several closely related king crab subspecies native to the southern half of South America. These large, cold-water crabs are prized for their sweet, delicate meat and striking red-and-white presentation.

Wild Seas sources Chilean King Crab from Chile’s southernmost fisheries, located in the remote Antarctic zone. Caught and processed using advanced equipment and strict quality control measures, this premium product delivers consistent flavour, texture, and visual appeal.
