Established in 2007 and based in Western Australia, Wild Seas Australia is part of the Wild Oceans Group and works with its global partners to provide the highest quality seafood products for the Australian wholesale market, supporting retail and food service providers.

Specialising in wild-caught seafood products, our range includes Chilean King Crab clusters; Chilean Snow Crab clusters and meat; and Caribbean whole cooked lobsters and lobster tails.

Jane Brook

Founding Director

As cofounder of Wild Oceans, Jane brings a wealth of experience in business operations and strategy leadership. She not only oversees the company’s day-to-day operations but also manages the growth and development of the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Greg Hart

Founding Director

Backed by more than 30 years of experience in the global seafood market, Greg’s expertise in product development, quality and marketing provides partner producers and customers with exceptional seafood solutions. He continues to build trusted, long-term relationships which are integral to Wild Oceans’ success.

Emma Mason

Strategic Operations Manager

Emma is focused on the continual improvement of Wild Oceans’ business practices and processes. Emma works alongside the Founding Directors to develop the strategic direction of the Wild Oceans Group. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the Group.

Debora Alves

Sales Documentation Specialist

Originally from Brazil, Debora has worked at Wild Oceans for 10 years, with 20 years’ experience in the seafood industry. Managing shipping documents for all Wild Oceans partners, she ensures all shipments flow accurately and seamlessly.

Sam Lockyer

Quality Compliance Specialist

Sam has worked at Wild Oceans for close to 10 years and has developed a strong knowledge of global food and production standards and regulations. This, coupled with her attention to detail, means she ensures Wild Oceans partners meet and maintain high level quality standards.

Toni Brown

Office & Logistics Specialist

Toni has worked at Wild Oceans for 13 years and has a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the company. She is responsible for the financial services of the Wild Oceans Group and manages the Australian supply chain and administration.
